At Aerovate Global and its parent company, we are committed to providing high-quality guidance, consultation, and support services for pilot training and aviation-related pathways. To maintain fairness, transparency, and consistent service standards for all students and clients, the following Refund Policy applies to all our services.
1. No Refund Policy
Aerovate Global and its parent company follow a strict No Refund Policy.
Once a student/client makes a payment for any of our services, the amount is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
1.1 Online Consultation Services
Fees paid for:
- Career counselling
- Pilot training guidance
- Application assistance
- Google Meet sessions
- Advisory calls
are non-refundable, regardless of whether the session was attended, partially attended, skipped, or completed.
1.2 Ground Classes / Theoretical Training
Payments made for:
- PPL/CPL/ATPL ground classes
- Online or offline theory classes
- Course materials
- Study guidance
are non-refundable. Access to materials, faculty, or class slots is considered a delivered service.
1.3 Flight Training & Experience-Building Guidance
Fees paid for:
- Flight training coordination
- Flight school guidance
- Flight hour planning
- Documentation support
are non-refundable, irrespective of whether the student completes, continues, postpones, or discontinues the training.
1.4 Flight School Admission & Processing
Any fees paid for:
- Admission assistance
- Documentation handling
- Application filing
- Coordination with flight training organisations
are strictly non-refundable.
Aerovate Global and its parent company provide guidance and processing services; therefore, the fee is considered earned once the process begins.
2. Voluntary Withdrawal by the Student
If a student/client voluntarily decides to leave, discontinue, delay, or terminate:
- Online consultation
- Ground school participation
- Training pathway
- Admission process
No refund will be issued for any fees previously paid.
Once paid, all fees remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Non-Attendance or Missed Sessions
No refunds are provided for:
- Missed or unattended classes
- Missed online meetings
- Failure to join scheduled sessions
- Late attendance or incomplete participation
It is the student's responsibility to attend sessions and complete the activities as scheduled.
4. Service Commitment
Aerovate Global and its parent company commit to providing:
- Accurate guidance
- Professional support
- Scheduled consultations
- Administrative assistance
However, the final training outcome, visa approvals, school acceptance, or airline hiring are beyond our control. Payments cannot be refunded based on outcomes not directly governed by Aerovate Global and its parent company.
5. Acceptance of Refund Policy
By making any payment to Aerovate Global and its parent company, the student/client acknowledges and fully agrees to this No Refund Policy.
